SEC seeks to query Terraform Labs co-founder Daniel Shin in Korea

America Securities and Change Fee has been granted a movement to hunt help from South Korea to query Terraform Labs co-founder Daniel Shin — because it builds its case in opposition to the agency and co-founder Do Kwon.

On Aug. 16, District Decide Jed Rakoff granted the SEC’s July 10 movement asking if it might search to query the co-founder, together with requesting paperwork from the Seoul-based funds supplier Chai Company he based.
