Google sues scammers over creation of faux Bard AI chatbot

Google (NASDAQ:) has filed a lawsuit in opposition to three scammers for creating pretend ads for updates to Google’s synthetic intelligence (AI) chatbot Bard, amongst different issues, which, when downloaded, installs malware.

The lawsuit was filed on Nov. 13 and names the defendants as “DOES 1-3,” as they continue to be nameless. Google says that the scammers have used its emblems particularly regarding its AI merchandise, similar to “Google, Google AI, and Bard,” to “lure unsuspecting victims into downloading malware onto their computer systems.”
