Decide rejects SEC’s movement to file an attraction towards Ripple ruling

District courtroom decide Analisa Torres has rejected the USA Securities and Alternate Fee’s (SEC) movement to attraction its loss towards Labs, the corporate answerable for issuing the XRP (XRP) token.
