Australian central financial institution to launch ‘dwell pilot’ of CBDC in coming months

Australia’s central financial institution is ready to launch a “dwell pilot” of a central financial institution digital foreign money “within the coming months,” in accordance with a joint assertion from the Reserve Financial institution of Australia and the Digital Finance Cooperative Analysis Centre, an Australian monetary analysis institute.
