In line with Bloomberg Intelligence knowledge, the U.S. Securities and Alternate Fee (SEC) wants to succeed in a conclusion on the Bitwise Bitcoin ETP belief by September 1, and regulators can refuse, approve or delay.

Even with the delay, the SEC must decide inside 240 days, Seyffart stated.
