United States-based crypto mining firm Marathon Digital is heading to court docket after its shareholders alleged that its CEO Fred Thiel, alongside different high executives, breached fiduciary duties, unjustly enriched themselves and wasted company property.
A shareholder criticism towards Fred Thiel and 9 different Marathon executives was filed in the USA District Court docket for the District of Nevada on July 8. The corporate executives are being sued on the idea of 5 claims.
