    Prime Belief can't honor buyer withdrawals, says Nevada regulator

    Prime Belief’s monetary situation is “critically poor” and the crypto custodian has been unable to honor buyer withdrawals since June 21, in accordance with Nevada’s enterprise regulator.

    In a June 21 stop and desist order, Nevada’s Division of Enterprise and Business claimed Prime Belief’s monetary situation ha”significantly deteriorated” and the agency is now in an “unsafe or unsound situation” to proceed enterprise:
