Bakkt completes $200M acquisition of Apex Crypto

On Apr. 3, blockchain expertise platform Bakkt introduced that it accomplished its acquisition of Apex Crypto LLC. Beforehand, in November 2022, Bakkt acknowledged it might pay $55 million in money and inventory, price an estimated $145 million on the time, for the deal.
